Training

Our training courses – both in house and open – are interactive and results focused (see testimonials). The range of topics covers all areas of marketing, selling, customer care and staff motivation. Preparation for courses usually involves pre site visits, as well as website and marketing material analysis. Every participant is offered complementary follow up communication to see through their Action Plan that was developed during the training. Motivation

Staff motivation is vital if you want to increase sales and performance. Staff need structure in their jobs and feedback. Large group sessions are welcomed or small in house 1 to 1 mentoring and coaching is perhaps needed. All sessions are practical, personal and action focused so here is always an action oriented output.
